The software solution for the F0 BABY, F1 and M1 benchtop bioreactors, adaptable to their common or special microbial and cell culture configurations.
While offering simplicity and flexibility at all levels, ROSITA increases experimental consistency via automation, improving reproducibility, and enhances deep understanding of the cell and the process parameters, facilitating process characterization and thereby its future optimization and scalability.
Let’s take the control of Dissolved Oxygen (DO) as an example. No matter whether you want to configure the gas flows directly, control the DO at a certain value by establishing control loops with associated actuators, or do this but at different levels throughtout the process on the basis of time or other events, you will find a range of tools to configure your control strategies.
ROSITA developers understand the benefits that the visualization and analysis of a bioprocess can bring in R&D and scale-up studies. Thus, ROSITA provides capabilities to: Visualize all process parameters in real time, in summary tables and trend graphs with many features that facilitate the navigation across data. Perform comparative analysis by allowing the plotting of up to 3 different batches.
Calculate some process parameters. These include summary tables, trend graphs and comparative graphs, which allow the comparison between past and current batches.
ROSITA supports the modularity of the equipment by upgrading its interface and functionalities upon the connection of additional instrumentation and/or actuators. Each of these come with their own control strategies and enable the integration of its data into ROSITA’s visualization and data registration tools.
ROSITA registers all actuators’ and parameters’ data in ordered CSV format, which facilitates many data analysis tasks in R&D and scale-up activities.
Moreover, the exportation of recipe programmes from one bioreactor to another increases operation efficiency and experimental reproducibility.
ROSITA is designed to be accessible both on-site and remotely via IP address within the LAN.
The ROSITA Multibioreactor upgrade enables the control of the 3x F0-BABY bioreactors from the same screen and Software license. In the F1 TWIN version of the F1 bioreactor series, the 2 bioreactors are controlled similarly, from the same BCU and software.
Users can be created, protected with a password and assigned a user level with the corresponding operational permits. This is specifically useful, when various processes are controlled simultaneously with F0 Multibioreactor or F1-TWIN.
A full ecosystem of tools within a single design environment.
